The regime for the hiring of foreign workers in Bulgaria is facilitated

There will be changes in the Regulations on the Application of the Labor Migration and Labor Mobility Act which will speed up the issuance of visas within seven days of the employer's request. Only a passport and a contract with an employer will be required, the employer will also declare that it will provide Worker's home, but there will be no direct commitment to this. Extension of the working visa period to 5 months for seasonal employment is also contemplated.
