The company registration period is decreased from 5 to 2 days
The decreased registration terms are announced by the Ministry of Economics. It will be enacted through changes in the Commercial Register Act. Applications for initial company registration will be reviewed by the end of the next working day from the receipt of the application in the Commercial Register.
